Al-quran, Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 4 : 102

 Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem.

O Muslims, when the Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam is with you on the battlefield, this is the procedure for offering Namaz.

In this Namaz there will also be Azaan and Iqamah.
This prayer will be offered when the war has not yet started or there is a pause during the war.

Muslims soldiers will be divided into two groups.
One group will pray namaz with the messenger of Allah until then the other group will be ready to defend against the enemies.

Each group should keep thier defense equipment and weapons with them while offering Namaz.

If someone from you is sick or it has started raining.
Allah has given you permission to pray with weapons to keep close to you, there is no sins in that. But it is important to have defense equipment with you.

When the first group had prayed with Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam, they should go back and take the front of the battlefield.

And the second group who have not yet offered Namaz, they should come forward and pray with Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam.

The disbelivers want you to neglect weapons 
 during Namaz, so that they may attach you suddenly.

Indeed, Allah has prepared a humiliating punishment for the disbelivers.
