Al-quran, Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 4 : 85

 Bismillah Rahman nirahm.

In this verse, Allah has taught muslims the manner of society.

A person who inspires people to do good deeds and gathers people to a good cause. 

The reason for motivation is that people do good work by cooperating with each other in doing good work.

If someone intercedes with a worthy person, it also leads to reward, encouraging someone is also a kind of recommendation.
If someone intercedes with Allah for the forgiveness of another, that too.

And one who guides and attracts people to good deeds. And on his inspiration, people participate in good deeds and spend wealth. He becomes a partaker of goodness.

If a person leads people to evil deeds and people fall into sins. The attractor is a sinner himself and the burden of people's sins will also be on his head.

If someone recommended the wrongful demand of an incompetent person to the people in authority for compensation. And takes forces for his demands. He will be counted among the sinners.

Allah has power over all things and He is the only sustainer who distributes reward and sustenance.

MUHAMMAD SAW said.
I. Intercede and you will be rewarded.
II. What you recommended will be rewarded. And be content with what Allah decides through the Prophet.
III. A person who guides people towards good, and people are attracted to his recommendation, then he will get reward and he will get his own reward separate.

  Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem  The oppressors are those who prevent themselves from following the path of Allah and prevent others people from doing so.
