Al-quran, Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 4 : 90

Such hypocrites who turned away from Islam and taken refuge in such a tribe, there is an agreement between this tribe and you not to fight each other.  Now you have no authority and no permission from Allah to kill these hypocrites and seize thier property.

O Muslims, you can't kill such people who come to you for refuge.
They want peace from you, not war.
And they don't want to accept Islam.
And they don't want fight with thier tribe in addition you.
Keep these people in peace and don't harm them.

O Muslims if you disobeyed the command of Allah and killed such people who were not in state of war.
Allah will impose such people on you and they will surely kill you.
