Al-quran, Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 4 : 92

 Bismillah Rahman nirahm.

It is against the honour of a Muslim to kill another Muslim or non-Muslims except by mistake.

Allah has prescribed the method of repentance for the action of Mistake muder.

I. A Muslim Salve man or woman should be freed.
If the murderer can not afford to free a slave, then he should fast continuously for two months.

II. The murderer should pay the price of bloodshed to the heirs of the deceased.

III. If the murderer is a poor person and unable to pay the price of the bloodshed.
So the relative of murderer should pay this amount to the heirs of the deceased.

IV. If desired, the heirs of the deceased can waive this amount.

Price of bloodshed.
100 🐪 camels.
Or
Ten thousand dirhams 
Or
One thousand Dinars 

If the deceased has been living in an islamic regime, but he belongs to your enemy tribe.

It is obligatory for the murderer to free a Muslim Salve.

If the deceased is a Muslim or non-Muslims, but he belongs to a tribe with whom there is a peace agreement between you.

It is obligatory for the murderer to free a Muslim slave.

And the bloodshed should be paid to the heirs of the deceased.

O Muslims, don't close the doors of repentance which was opened by Allah.

It's obligatory upon you to accept the command of Allah and the decision of Shariat.

Allah is All-knowing and His commands are full of wisdom.

And Allah purpose are beyond human understanding.
