However, the helpless men, women and children are exempted from Allah's command and the end of the evil punishment.

These people want to migrate for the pleasure and sake of Allah in order to live a life of obedience to Allah.

These Muslims do a lot of planning, but they can't afford to migrate and the have no means to find a way and solutions.

These people cry and pray to Allah for help and say.
" O Allah send the muslims to help us"

Any Muslim who does not help these helpless Muslims despite having the ability of force, his abode is hell.
