Al-quran, Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 4 : 128

 Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem.

If a woman fear disaffection and abuse from her husband and divorce.
Because she can't establish marital relationship with her husband due to illness or old age and other reason.

In such case, the husband and the wife reconciled with each other and it the woman gives up some of her right in this agreement, then there is no sin on both of them.

Allah commands the man that reconciliation is better than divorcing his wife.

Allah commands the husband and the wife to resolve whatever issues arise between them. Don't include any third person in your agreement.

If a woman is giving up her rights, then the husband has no justification to divorce her.

Allah didn't put the substance of greed in human to gain the world.
Rather, He gave man the substance of greed as a mean to be kind to people and adopt piety.

O mankind, Allah is watching what you are doing and Allah is aware of the covenant you made with him before you were brought into the world.

Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said.
If a Muslim compromises with another person by renouncing his right for the sake of Allah pleasure, despite his right and strength.
" I promise such a person that I will give him a Palace in the middle of paradise.
