Yes, those people are exempt from the punishment and the disgrace of the world.

Those who have sincerely and firmly repented to Allah before being arrested by a government official and are living a life of honour, regretting thier crimes.

O Muslims, forgive these people and help them in their welfare.
Allah is Oft - Forgiving and Most Merciful.

During the Hindus Festivals, the Muslims in India who slaughter animals in front of Idols at the request of Hindus. O Muslims, this is not a good deeds.
