Al-quran, Surah Al-Maaidah, Aayat 5: 64

 Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem.

The Jews says that Allah's hands are tied.
But thier hands are tied.

And because of the accusations they made against Allah, Allah cursed them and He has removed these people from His mercy.

Allah spends as He Wills, and both of His hands are fully extended.

The reason for the disobedience of the Jews is that Allah has created stinginess in thier hearts.

When the Jews are encouraged to spend their wealth in the way of Allah and give Zakat, they say that Allah is beggar and we are rich, so He has asking us for charity.
