Surah Al-Araaf, Aayat 7: 91

 Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem 

Then it happened that an earthquake struck the people of Madyan because of thier disobdence to Allah.

And they perished in thier homes, lying prostrate on thier faces.

The Punishment.

When Shoaib PBUH conveyed the message of Allah to his people. They broke all limits of opposition and prepared to kill Shoaib PBUH and his companions.

Then the messenger and his companions sought help from Allah.

When Allah decided to inflict punishment on the people of Madyan, heat began to pour down from the earth and the sky for three days.

On the third day, Allah sent a shadowy clouds towards the people of Midyan, from which a cool breeze wind and a light shower of water were comming out.

This cloud attracted people's attention and people began to gather in droves under this cloud.

Suddenly, unbearable roars sounds began to be heard in these clouds. Then along with this flames and sparks from firely stones began to rain down.

Why Muslims are not eligible for punishment.

The nation upon whom Allah's punishment was inflicted had disobeyed one or two of His command.

Then why is the punishment is not inflicted on the Muslims while they are afflicted with all evils.

The answer.

The answer to this is that the Muslims Ummah's time has not yet expired. And the second answer is that not all of the Muslim Ummah is involved in these sins.

But there are also those who make people fear Allah and those who fear and love Him.

  Bismillahi Arrahmaniarraheem  The oppressors are those who prevent themselves from following the path of Allah and prevent others people from doing so.
